MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the well-being of existing customers regarding their experience and guaranteeing the highest possible level of after-sales service.

Receiving customers’ vehicles for maintenance and repair, and delivering them at the predetermined time and according to the specifications.

Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of consistently high levels of performance throughout the entire service process.

Maintaining close and high-quality professional relationships with existing customers, and maximizing their satisfaction with the overall after-sales service experience, as required by the brand(s) represented.

Achieving the best possible collaboration and coordination with the workshop, team leaders, and supervisor to provide immediate and reliable solutions to the company’s customers.

Receiving, promptly handling, and ensuring the resolution of customer complaints.

Implementing the Quality Policy in the area of responsibility.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3 years of experience in any role related to customer service.
-
Academic training in fields connected to Automotive or Mechanical Engineering will be considered an additional asset.

Excellent command and fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).

Strong computer skills and ability to work with basic IT software (MS Office).
