A Forex company with offices in Cyprus, Egypt, Nigeria, India, and Vietnam is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Customer Support and Backoffice Assistant for their Nicosia based team. The successful candidate will have strong background in customer service and particularly within the Forex industry, as well as a good understanding of back-office operations. If you are highly organized, with excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, GRS would love to hear from you for this Nicosia-based role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responding to client queries through various channels: helpdesk tickets, email, and live chat.
  • Managing the collection and approval of KYC (Know Your Customer) documents.
  • Assisting with client deposits and withdrawals to ensure they are processed efficiently.
  • Assigning clients to relevant departments for faster support.
  • Offering general assistance to ensure the smooth operation of both the Back Office and Support Departments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least a year of experience in similar roles within the Forex industry
  • Native or fluent English speaker, with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Fluency in Italian or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills
