GRS Recruitment is delighted to announce a new opportunity for a Customer Support Agent (with Shifts) to join our client, a reputable Forex Trading company located in Limassol. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a dedicated and dynamic team in the thriving Forex/Fintech sector. Our client provides a comprehensive suite of financial services and cutting-edge technology solutions to empower financial services institutions and provide a seamless user experience. They partner with leading forex and CFD brokers, providing them with a robust trading platform, payment services, CRM solutions and marketing services. They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our growing Trade Support team and deliver a high-quality service to clients on behalf of their customers. The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for collating providing support to clients via chat, email and phone and provide onboarding support in the collation of KYC documents. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with our customers and their internal teams in providing a high-quality service.
  • Assist with the collation of KYC documents for new clients and partner with our customer’s internal teams in ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support our customers’ clients via chat/email/phone and assist with any troubleshooting.
  • Support our customers internal departments with any ad hoc information or data request.
  • Where relevant, identify and enhance internal procedures, systems and controls.
  • Completing any ad-hoc projects as instructed from time to time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferable
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written. Proficiency in any additional language is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented with a strong willingness to achieve results
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications
  • Strong ability to learn and navigate new systems/ platforms quickly and efficiently
