MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Advice and support with customer inquiries:

Coordinating and managing customer inquiries and appointments

Maintaining and processing customer inquiries in the ERP system

Assistance with customer travel planning
-
Checking and confirming incoming payments
-
Maintenance of customer data: Conscientious maintenance and updating of customer data
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Clear and confident telephone manner with previous customer support experience.
-
Fluent spoken and written German and English.
-
Excellent PC skills.
-
Flexible with work hours which may include evening and weekends.

A friendly and open demeanor.
