GRS Recruitment are working with an international CFD broker based in Limassol and are looking to hire a Customer Support Officer in Limassol to join the growing department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers experiencing product-related issues.
  • Gather and document feedback from customers to help identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to address customer needs and improve processes.
  • Provide training and support to customers on how to use products or services effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers and handling their requests.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in products or procedures.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanour.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
