GRS Recruitment are working with a payment solutions provider, looking to recruit a Customer Support Representative for their offices in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be part of the existing support team and will be required to work on shift basis. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
  • Customer Consultation and responding to customers inquiries via e-mail, phone and chat
  • Maintaining solid customer relationship in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with the other departments when necessary
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts 24/7
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in English and German or Polish in writing or verbally.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills 
  • Computer literacy
  • Work experience in customer support or similar position
  • Pleasant personality and good team player
