A long-standing FinTech Company based in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Customer Support Specialist for their team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be customer driven approach.   • Monitoring the company’s system, emails, chats, phones and social media.
  • Providing support to clients in a professional and polite manner.
  • Communicating with clients about possible issues and opening tickets accordingly.
  • Providing assistance to the clients and team members to resolve the issue efficiently and effectively. Explaining and guiding the clients on the steps they need to take to resolve the issues.
  • Communicating with clients about the products’ changes and updates.
  • Providing feedback about the products.
  • Working closely with the developers and technical support team to find the best solutions for the clients.
  • Previous working experience with Trading Platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and telephone manners

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work in shifts (08:00-17:00 and 15:00-00:00).
