With over 15 years of combined experience in the online brokerage industry, our client integrates business and technology to help companies reimagine their operations through a creative business framework. They are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist for their newly established team in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicating to and educating customers regarding our products,
  • Identifying, analyzing and resolving customer needs and inquiries.
  • Working in a timely and professional manner, through various platforms of communication.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Escalate issues to the appropriate international or local teams, to ensure the client’s needs have been met.
  • Update clients’ information and/or statuses, accordingly, following their request.
  • Gather Customer Feedback and assist Company’s growth.
  • Raise flags to appropriate departments, if recognizing a universal issue and/or a complex unresolved one. This can include customer concerns to the team leader and/ or other support teams the issue may be related to.
  • Recognize and raise flags when there is a recurring problem, inferior process, or outdated procedures.
  • Keep consistent and accurate customer records by timely updating the CRM.
  • Keep up to date with industry related best practices, which may be relevant to your role.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Operations or customer support manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered as an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field relating to the financial markets or the finance sector, will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language. Any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a readiness to help wherever needed.
  • A quick ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
