For this company we are looking to recruit a Data Protection Compliance Lawyer to join the team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Data Protection Officer with the day-to-day functions for Group’s compliance with the data protection laws

Implement instructions and guidelines across all business functions and support development of respective business area processes

Monitor implementation of instructions and guidelines

Actively handle cases related to compliance violations in alignment with other internal units

Assist with the preparation and/or revision of internal GDPR policies and DPAs/ SCCs

Assist with the GDPR compliance audits
-
Develop relevant communication and assist with internal GDPR awareness trainings

Be able to communicate (orally and in writing) professionally in an international environment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Educated University Degree level or the equivalent in Law
-
Previous work experience in a similar position

Excellent knowledge of the GDPR and the relevant data protection laws

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
-
Ability to work both as an individual and collaboratively in teams
