At GRS Recruitment we are looking for a skilled legal professional to join our clients corporate/commercial team, providing key support to various companies within our group which is working with the online gambling sector. The focus for this role will be on corporate governance and offering legal guidance on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advise and support the Board of Directors and Committees, including organizing meetings, and drafting and implementing governance-related policies.
  • Provide day-to-day legal counsel on matters involving partnerships, corporate finance, and international ventures.
  • Lead negotiations on a variety of agreements, including game supplier, payment service provider, license agreements, NDAs, and marketing contracts.
  • Assist in planning and conducting due diligence processes for group projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external legal counsel on jurisdiction-specific corporate matters and enforcement actions.
  • Contribute to the legal training of internal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the management team on mergers and acquisitions activities.
  • Aid in drafting and implementing the group’s corporate policies and procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Educated to degree level in Law or the equivalent (LLB required).
  • Admitted Attorney in the jurisdiction of origin.
  • Solid experience in the legal field, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and Registrar of Companies procedures.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in iGaming and licensing is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
