MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies,

Develop and implement company policies and procedures to comply with legal and regulatory standards,

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks,

Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures,
-
Educate and train employees on compliance policies and procedures,
-
Identify, assess, and mitigate areas of compliance risk,
-
Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints,
-
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies,
-
Keep up to date with industry changes in laws and regulations and update company policies accordingly,
-
Manage and maintain records in accordance with the regulatory and company standards, Compliance Officer
-
Propose and implement improvements to the compliance and/ or other related processes to minimize risks,
-
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the direct manager and/or senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Solid years of experience as a Compliance Officer within the financial industry.
-
Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
-
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
-
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
-
Familiarity with international compliance standards will be considered as an advantage.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-
Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and anomalies in financial data.
