An international FMCG company with offices in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Delivery and Merchandising Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering customer orders safely and on time, merchandising products in line with company standards, maintaining product freshness and stock rotation, collecting customer payments, and executing commercial initiatives to ensure excellent customer service and strong in-store product visibility.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Load the delivery vehicle accurately and ensure all customer orders are delivered according to the assigned route and schedule.
  • Merchandise products on customer shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards and planograms.
  • Maintain product freshness through effective stock management and stock rotation.
  • Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional displays to maximize product visibility.
  • Collect customer payments and complete all related documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, and other commercial activities in coordination with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and responding promptly to their needs.
  • Ensure company assets, products, and delivery documentation are handled accurately and responsibly.
  • Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and driving standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in route sales, delivery, merchandising, or a similar FMCG field role.
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment is considered an advantage.
  • Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of Greek is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • High attention to detail with strong observational skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Reliable, responsible, and results oriented.
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
