A well-standing Engineering company is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a motivated Design Engineer to join their Design Department and support the delivery of high-quality Audio-Visual and Smart Home system designs across Cyprus and Greece in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is passionate about technology, design, and innovation.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing detailed system designs, drawings, quotations, and Bills of Quantities.

Support senior engineers in creating AV, control, and smart home system layouts and schematics.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Technical teams.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in all design documentation.

Help maintain standard design templates, libraries, and cost models in Odoo.

Participate in project reviews and contribute ideas to improve design quality and workflow efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A recent graduate or young professional in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Genuine interest in Audio-Visual systems, Smart Home technologies, and system integration.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Team player with good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a leadership role over time.
