We are seeking a Development Team Lead to drive technical excellence while managing and mentoring a team of engineers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented Full-Stack Engineers
- Define priorities, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical direction and coaching
- Drive architectural decisions, including system design and technology stack
- Build and enhance modern web applications using NodeJS, ExpressJS, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and database systems
- Integrate platforms with external systems, tools, and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, trading, and operations teams
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure systems meet high standards for performance, security, and reliability
- Support users through documentation, tools, and training
- Deliver clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Solid experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based environments
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organized with a proactive mindset
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in Forex or iGaming is advantageous
