On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company, GRS Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Assistant - Junior to join their growing team in Cyprus. Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will assist with the development and implementation of online marketing strategies, support digital campaigns, monitor performance and contribute to analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, campaign performance, analytics, reporting and budget management, while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the development and implementation of effective online marketing strategies in line with the company's objectives.

Support the planning and execution of digital and web-related marketing campaigns.

Monitor online campaigns and evaluate their performance using tracking and analytical tools.

Analyse campaign results and assist with identifying opportunities to improve performance.

Support the preparation of marketing reports, performance updates and data analysis.

Assist with defining and monitoring KPIs and other relevant performance metrics.

Support budget management, including preparing campaign costings and monitoring expenditure.

Conduct market and industry research and stay informed of developments in digital marketing, technology and online trends.

Work closely with senior management and other members of the team on marketing initiatives and projects.

Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve digital marketing performance and online engagement.

Support ongoing marketing activities and other projects as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or another relevant field.

Previous experience in digital or online marketing will be considered an advantage.

Strong interest in digital marketing, online campaigns and marketing analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solutions.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and a demanding workload.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take initiative.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

€18,000 - €21,600 Gross Per Annum.
