DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Producing high-quality visual materials such as leaflets, brochures, advertisements, and branding content that reflect the Group’s identity and uphold its professional standards.

Implementing and managing social media content plans for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms; launching targeted online advertising campaigns, updating website content to support service promotion, and monitoring performance.

Maintaining and optimising website content to ensure alignment with SEO and PPC strategies, with the goal of reaching entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients.

Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns tailored to segmented databases, focusing on engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion.

Collaborating with internal teams to support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Assisting with recruitment marketing campaigns in partnership with the University of Malta, MCAST, and other educational or professional entities to attract candidates for employment or internship opportunities.

Ensuring all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards, maintaining consistency across platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A minimum of 1–3 years’ proven experience in a similar marketing or digital communications role, ideally within a professional services or financial environment.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or Affinity Designer; web design using WordPress; and basic video editing skills will be considered an asset.

Competence in managing databases, particularly using Excel for organising and analysing client or prospective data.

Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices, including experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Clearscope.

Good understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Required Skills

Experience using social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite Insights, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, with the ability to adjust strategies based on performance data.

Experience in managing paid social campaigns, particularly on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram, but not limited to these.

Basic familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools or automation platforms is considered an asset.

Comfortable interpreting data and applying insights to improve campaign outcomes
