MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to ensure operational excellence. Deal with streamlining, improving and standardizing operations and processes across all business functions.

Ensure high level of customer experience. Be responsible for any customer related request and experience during a customer’s stay in the company’s apartment globally
-
Responsible for displaying, advertising and promoting company’s properties across the various on-line channel in the various cities that the company operates.

Monitor, report and improve quality standards across the company’s business
-
Deal with supply chain management, with extends from product design, sourcing, planning and logistics/ warehousing across all company’s locations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier University. MBA or Master in Quantitative discipline will be considered an advantage

4-7 years of progressive work experience in business analysis-oriented roles

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
-
Ability to work cross functionally, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent analytical and communication skills
-
Ability to own projects and deliverables end to end
-
Proficiency in excel and/or google sheets
-
Advanced business acumen
-
Ability to understand financials and product economics
-
Experience in pricing/revenue management preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry will be considered an advantage

Working knowledge of SQL or Tableau will be considered advantageous
