CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field

Experience: 2–5+ years in electrical maintenance, power systems, solar, or BESS (preferred)
Experience with inverters/PCS, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems
-
Familiarity with SCADA/EMS systems is advantageous
Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems
-
Understanding of lithium-ion batteries, BMS, and safety systems
-
Ability to read schematics and perform root-cause analysis
-
Preferred Certifications:
-
Electrical/HV license
-
Electrical Safety or HSE training
-
BESS or inverter manufacturer certifications
-
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
