DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Maintain an email sending calender (including sending by SMS, whatsapp &, telegram groups)

Develop personalization strategies for different client segments.

Create event based automated workflows and email marketing funnels.

Write an email copy that is clear, persuasive and on-brand.

Translated and localized emails for a global multilingual audience.

Manage contacts and email lists, including cleaning and segmentation based on user attributes, behaviors and website interactions.

Ensure all emails are industry compliant and follow best practices.

Create reports to track, monitor and analyze the email marketing performance and make suggestions for improvement.

Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University graduate
-
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist (or similar role with a strong emphasis on email marketing).

Deep understanding and proficiency of email marketing and automation software. (E.g. Hubspot).

Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as sender score, deliverability and sender reputation.

Excellent communication and writing skills with great attention to detail.

Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must.

Ability to organize, multitask and work to deadlines.

Able to work independently under your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Hands-on experience with HTML will be considered advantageous.

A highly motivated self-starter with a positive friendly attitude and flexible approach.
