Own and execute the company’s global growth strategy across all acquisition and retention channels.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth, performance, and marketing team.

Work closely with Product, Sales, and Compliance to align growth initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Develop and scale the affiliate/IB program, focusing on both high-quality lead acquisition and ROI optimization.

Manage relationships with affiliates, introducing brokers, media partners, and networks.

Oversee tracking, payouts, compliance alignment, and performance analytics across the affiliate ecosystem.

Manage all paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, social media, display, programmatic, native, and comparison sites.

Drive full-funnel campaign optimization, including targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Build scalable, data-led pipelines to increase high-intent leads and reduce acquisition cost (CPA/CPL).

Own KPIs for acquisition, activation, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Build an experimentation roadmap including A/B tests, funnel tests, offer tests, and product-led growth initiatives.

Leverage analytics tools (e.g., GA4, BI platforms, CRM, MMPs) to guide insights and decision-making.

Develop lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) to increase activation, deposits, and trading volume.

Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience teams to improve onboarding flows and reduce churn.

Identify and prioritize new markets, audiences, and opportunities for global expansion.

Adapt marketing strategies to local regulatory and cultural requirements.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry.

Proven track record in lead conversion and sales performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).

Strong understanding of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5) and financial instruments.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.

Experience with international client acquisition in regulated Forex environments.

A fair understanding of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge of affiliate/referral-based lead generation models.
