As an Event Setup & Support Assistant, you will play a key role in preparing, organizing, and supporting a variety of corporate and client events. From coordinating logistics and setting up event spaces to providing on-site support and ensuring facilities remain in excellent condition, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional experiences.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning, Setup & Support

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from preparation through to completion.

Support event logistics, scheduling, venue preparation, and operational requirements.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure event needs are met.

Prepare event materials, equipment, seating plans, decorations, and setup arrangements.

Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Assist with event breakdown and post-event activities.

Purchase event-related supplies and materials as required.

Maintain accurate event records and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
Facilities & Maintenance Support

Help maintain event spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, professional, and fully operational.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment, furniture, and facilities.

Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.

Assist with the setup, dismantling, movement, and storage of equipment and event materials.

Ensure all event and facility areas comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
