A fantastic modern established international company, with operations in Switzerland and Malta, licensed by the MFSA to provide corporate and fiduciary services, are collaborating with GRS to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their team in Malta. You will directly report to the Group Managing Partner and support him in all management matters as well as in advising and supporting national and international customers and in our secondary activity of our boat club in Malta. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a corporate environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to the Group Managing Partner as an executive assistant in all management matters.
  • Supports the Managing Partner in the management of mandate:
  • Advise and support national and international customers and in their secondary activity - boat club in Malta.
  • Be actively involved in the various aspects of management activities, in managing mandates and in business development.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure effective communication.
  • Organisation of events
  • Correspondence and mailings to government, lawyers and third parties
  • Marketing for all the companies forming part of the Group
  • Producing and updates presentations, handouts and brochures
  • Handling of approval of invoices, administer petty cash, and assist the Senior Accountant with postings and inputting of financial date and balance sheets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • You have a commercial or legal background and ideally already have professional experience in the legal, financial or fiduciary sector.
  • A high level of IT affinity is important in your day-to-day work, as is solid commercial and administrative knowledge.
  • You are also interested in business and regulatory issues.
  • In addition to a professional demeanor and good manners, an independent and precise way of working is particularly important.
  • Excellent language skills in English and Maltese
  • You are a motivated, interested and outgoing person who enjoys working in a team.
