A boutique consultancy firm providing financial turnkey solutions for clients in regulated businesses, are working with GRS to recruit GRS an experienced Executive Personal Assistant for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a solid background in clerical support and be fluent in both Greek and English.   • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to drafting documents, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Responding to emails on behalf of the Executive.
  • Assisting with booking travel arrangements.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Track office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
  • Communication with and instructing the building and communal services, including cleaning, courier and delivery services necessary for keeping the office well running.
  • Educated to university degree level
  • At least 2 years in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in both Greek and English
  • Energetic, flexible with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polished business appearance
