This is an office-based role, reporting directly to senior leadership, and offers a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal position within a dynamic team. This newly created Finance Manager role arises from an internal promotion, offering you the chance to take ownership of both internal and external financial operations. You will manage a team of seven and work closely with senior leaders to ensure robust financial management, compliance, and strategic insight across the business.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.

Manage tax compliance, payroll, and financial reporting.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to both local regulations and international standards.

Provide actionable insights to support internal and external clients.

Deliver clear financial oversight and solutions in a dynamic business environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualified accountant (ACCA / CPA / ACA / equivalent) with audit and industry experience

Strong technical expertise in IFRS, tax, and payroll

Proven ability to manage and lead teams, as well as interface with clients

Confident, resilient personality suited to a challenging and high-pressure environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
