MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Oversee payment processor settlements, payment gateways, and reconciliation processes.

Manage multinational tax compliance using specialized tax software.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment flows, accounting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and cross-border transactions.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning for multiple international entities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics and Finance or in any other related field

ACA/ACCA qualified.

5-10 years of experience in a finance position, particularly with cross-border online businesses (adult entertainment, marketplaces or gambling industries are preferred).

Expertise in managing payment processor settlements and gateways.

Strong understanding of multi-national tax regulations and experience with tax compliance software.

Proven experience managing teams of accountants and financial operations.

Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work from the office and lead a team in an on-site environment.
