An international telecommunications service company is looking for a Finance Manager to undertake management accounting and financial reports. The ideal person will have a degree in accounting or be part-way through the ACCA. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparation of management accounts and related internal reports.
  • Preparation of VAT, tax and statutory reporting.
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and cashflow statements.
  • Management of customer and supplier invoicing processes.
  • Management of payment processes and bank reconciliations.
  • Take charge of resolving any billing-related disputes on customer and supplier invoices.
  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Finance department.
  • Liaising with external auditors and consultants.
  • Identifying opportunities for financial process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance finan­cial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Undertaking all assigned work in an organised and methodical way and ensuring that key deadlines are respected at all times. 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in accountancy, or in the process of studying the ACCA.
  • Three years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork approach.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high demand environment.
  • A “can do” approach with the aptitude to learn and take ownership for your self-development.
