An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global Accounting & Advisory firm in Malta as Finance Manager. You will oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role involves managing daily accounting, optimising cash flow, and ensuring regulatory adherence while supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making. The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role and have a degree in accounting or ACCA. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting and reconciliations

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Manage cash flow and bank accounts

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT filings, and audit

Develop internal financial controls and policies

Support senior leadership with financial insights and decision-making

Manage finance team

Issue monthly management accounts on a timely basis
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or a similar qualification

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Tools
