MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and managing a team of accountants in recording the group’s transactions

Preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts

Analysis and preparation of internal reports and reporting to management

Overseeing cash flow projections and analysis
-
Treasury and cash management
-
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place
-
Organizing and monitoring the audit process of the group companies
-
Liaising with the other offices abroad, auditors and external advisors
-
Working under strict deadlines
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in Accounting or equivalent Qualified ACCA/ACA
-
At least 5 years’ experience in a related role
-
Previous and demonstrable Managerial experience is essential (5-6 employees)

Experience in real estate sector and developing
-
Experience in budgeting would be considered an advantage
-
Knowledge of VAT and Tax on real estate sector would be considered an advantage
-
Knowledge of Accounting and IFRS on real estate sector would be considered an advantage
-
Knowledge of EPR system would be considered an advantage
-
Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
-
Knowledge of local corporate practice
-
Fluent in English and Greek languages (other languages will be an advantage)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and high level of responsibility
