MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and managing a team of accountants in recording the group’s transactions

Preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
-
Analysis and preparation of internal reports and reporting to management
-
Overseeing cash flow projections and analysis
-
Treasury and cash management
-
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place
-
Organizing and monitoring the audit process of the group companies
-
Liaising with the other offices abroad, auditors and external advisors
-
Working under strict deadlines
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
ACCA/ACA qualified
-
Previous and demonstrable Managerial experience is essential (5-6 staff members)

Previous experience in operational companies

Knowledge of auditing practices and principles

Knowledge of local corporate practice

Proactive individual, who works independently and/or within a team, takes own initiatives and manages/leads the process

Understands and appreciates time sensitive engagements
-
Fluent in English and Greek (other languages will be an advantage)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and high level of responsibility
