A real estate investment company creating exclusive residential and commercial projects, are working with GRS to recruit a Senior Accountant to join their Limassol Real Estate division. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of financial and tax audits and communication with the auditors and the relevant Government Officers.

Review of accounting entries and general ledger preparation.

Review of the loans schedule prepared by the accountant.

Review of fixed asset register and depreciation calculations.
-
Preparation of quarterly and annual management accounts and of other ad hoc reports or analysis within agreed deadlines.

Preparation of VAT and VIES returns.

Preparation of provisional and final tax.
-
Review of Tax returns.

Review of potential transactions and identification of Tax and VAT risks.

Performance of any other accounting duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Accounting or related field.
-
ACA/ACCA membership.
-
Similar experience in Cyprus (3+ years).

Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax and financial reporting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Fluent English and Greek required (verbal and written).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in development company as an advantage.

No work permit requirements.

Trusted, reliable person with the ability to work under pressure.
