Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating all R&D functions within the company. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate R&D Functions: Manage industrialization and validation processes.

Project Evaluation: Assess contract project proposals.

Project Management: Liaise and manage technical projects with clients.

Technical Support: Provide support to the manufacturing plant as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Expertise: Finished dosage form production processes and technical transfers.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with EMA and FDA requirements.

Validation Experience: Proven experience in validation processes in the pharmaceutical sector.

Process & Formulation Development: Experience is considered an asset.

Project Management: Strong project management skills are highly valued.

Educational Background: University degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy. Postgraduate studies are a plus.

Skills: Highly organized, excellent leadership and communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
