On behalf of our client, GRS Recruitment are seeking Fitness Studio Operations Lead based in Limassol. This is a hands-on, floor-based role responsible for the day to day running of the studio. The position acts as the operational anchor on-site and works directly with the owners. The role goes beyond front desk duties and requires ownership, judgement, and presence during live operations. Day to day execution is intentionally entrusted to a dedicated Studio Operations Lead, who works closely with the owners and has real responsibility for how the studio runs on a daily basis. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Run daily studio operations and be visibly present during peak periods
- Manage front desk operations: check-ins, bookings, bundles, payments, and enquiries
- Ensure classes start and finish on time and the studio is consistently class-ready
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation across all areas
- Oversee cleaners and flag maintenance or equipment issues promptly
- Act as the main on-site liaison between trainers, barista, and owners
- Provide light operational support to the coffee bar during peak changeovers
- Handle day to day member issues professionally and independently
- Act as the owners’ eyes and ears on the ground, with regular reporting on attendance, feedback, and operational matters
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Background in boutique fitness, premium hospitality, hotel supervision, premium retail, or café management
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a professional attitude
- Demonstrated experience running a floor or shift, not purely supporting or assisting
- Comfortable being accountable for operational outcomes during busy periods
- Genuine interest in fitness, wellness, or an active lifestyle
- Comfortable being the visible, client-facing representative of a premium fitness brand
- Professional, energetic, and well-presented
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure, especially during peak times
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Takes ownership and responsibility with minimal supervision
- Comfortable enforcing standards politely but firmly
- Tech-comfortable (booking systems, POS, payments)
