DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of flooring installation projects including scheduling, coordination, and quality assurance to ensure they are completed on time and to standard.

Team Coordination: Work closely with installation crews, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.

Site Readiness and Inspections: Visit project sites in advance of installations to verify readiness, assess any issues, and make sure schedules are realistic and on track.

Lead Identification and Pre-Sales: Actively identify potential flooring and carpeting opportunities. Conduct initial assessments and support the sales team in developing new business.

Sales of Ancillary Products: Sell related commercial equipment such as vacuums and maintenance systems to clients as part of the broader service offering.

Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience in flooring, construction, or project coordination

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Confident communication and interpersonal abilities

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites

Background in commercial flooring or related industries, with a solid understanding of installation and product knowledge.
