GRS Recruitment is excited to support a leading Forex Trading company in Limassol in their search for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth by offering CFD, Forex products and services. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively source new sales opportunities in the Forex market through multiple channels.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in Forex solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Forex products and services.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Understand individual client needs and deliver customized Forex offerings to meet their goals.

Stay informed on Forex trends, competitor activities, and industry news to provide strategic insights to clients.

Deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

Keep accurate records, provide regular sales updates, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Forex, CFD, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of FX trading, CFDs, and partnership models (IBs, affiliates, and institutional partnerships).
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
