An international product distribution company utilising innovative technology, and forward-thinking services, are working with GRS to recruit an FP&A Analyst for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis with fluency in English and ideally Russian. In this role you will work closely with the Finance department and the wider business so will ideally have partnering experience and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders of varying levels. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management Accounts and KPIs: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and KPIs, ensuring the content and format remain relevant to changing business requirements.
  • KPI Analysis: Provide valuable analysis and insights into KPIs throughout reporting periods.
  • Consolidation: Assist in consolidation and streamlining of financial reports
  • Digital Transformation: Assist with implementation of Data Warehouse (DWH) project
  • Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance discrepancies.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Dashboards and Visualizations: Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively present financial data.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Financial Models: Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in DWH, budgets and management accounts submissions.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written), Russian (would be considered as an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Bi and SQL are considered an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, great organizational skills, self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to handle and prioritize a varied workload.
