Are you ready to use your financial skills to make a real impact? We’re looking for an ambitious and analytical FP&A Associate to join our fast-moving finance team based in Limassol. In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers you’ll influence strategy, drive performance, and help shape the financial future of the business. You’ll work side by side with department leaders and the FP&A Manager, supporting smart decision-making through insightful analysis, precise reporting, and efficient planning processes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and share daily performance reports that keep stakeholders informed and agile.

Deliver accurate, clear, and impactful monthly management reports with variance analysis, KPIs, and actionable commentary.

Collaborate with department heads to build annual opex budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring accountability and precision.

Analyse results and KPIs to uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.

Use cutting-edge financial tools (like NetSuite and Datarails) to streamline budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Previous FP&A or financial analysis experience—bonus points if it’s in financial services or forex trading.

Advanced Excel wizardry, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and charts.

Experience with NetSuite (Oracle) or budgeting platforms like Datarails is a plus.

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a laser focus on detail.

Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
