MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Checking participant behaviour for risks, then processing payouts timely

Monitoring of registrations, deposits and withdrawals to identify issues regarding possible charge backs and bonus abuse

Questioning certain KYC documents, spotting imitations
-
Oversight of activity to spot irregular or risky activity which requires mitigation
-
Supporting team members by sharing knowledge organically and without prompting
-
Helping with ad hoc tasks, especially procedure documentation or improvement
-
Ensure tasks are delivered in line with SLAs and acceptable chargeback levels are maintained

Dealing with escalations from support agents
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

Proven experience in an analytical position which involves numbers and large amounts of data.

Strong understanding of online gaming and gambling sector

Strong understanding of fraud in payments/card processing environment will be considered highly advantageous.

Fluency in English language at a professional level

Detail-oriented and an analytical mindset – incredible attention to detail is needed

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Flexible on working rotational shifts (including weekends)

Working hours: Shift schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 & 10:00 – 19:00. Rotating schedule, including work on weekends and public holidays.
