MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve monthly targets

Cross-selling company services to provide client improvement and increase targets

Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation

Contact existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service

Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Promote company’s products and services

Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platform

Provide a basic level of understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients in a highly compliant manner
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent knowledge of the French and English language, both verbal and written

Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Bachelor/Diploma Holders will be considered as an advantage

Tireless and results-driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimize performance
