GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a rapidly growing online marketplace revolutionizing the B2B office service industry. Our client connects businesses with top-tier suppliers to provide exceptional products and services. As the company expands, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supplier Relations and Operations Manager to join the team in Nicosia or Larnaca.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquire, onboard, and train new suppliers

Develop service offerings and product lists to maximize revenue from customers.

Ensure our suppliers provide excellent service quality levels and communicate effectively with customers.

Implement strategies, policies, and procedures to facilitate day-to-day business operations and propose process improvements.

Set KPIs for suppliers and present the results to the team at weekly meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid experience in an operational role managing supplier relationships.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable working in an early-stage company where rapid adaptation to new challenges is essential.

A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.

Preferable knowledge of the B2B office service industry.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Greek, and Russian.

Ideally located in Nicosia or Larnaca.

Experience in a concierge function is preferable
