On behalf of our client, a company offering luxury transportation services globally, GRS Recruitment are looking for a native or highly fluent French speaking Customer Service Agent to join their Nicosia based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times across all channels. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for providing a first-class service to the company’s Customers via phone and live chat support.
  • Responding to customers in an efficient and timely manner using a ticketing system
  • Deliver outstanding customer service whilst adhering to operational SLAs and customer satisfaction targets
  • Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues quickly and efficiently
  • Contribute and share ideas to improve the quality and speed of company’s customer support
  • Understand, prioritise and escalate the company’s customer and employee’s feedback to senior management
  • Be a brand ambassador. As the voice of the company, provide an engaging and positive customer experience
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in both French and English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in customer service, support or similar is preferred.
  • Strong communications skills. Be concise, attentive and personable
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Be quick and efficient
  • Can-do attitude
  • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility of issues and see them through to resolution
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
