MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable applications that power great user experiences.
  • Work hands-on across the full stack frontend, backend, and everything in between.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that others love to read.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to transform concepts into functional features.
  • Optimise performance and scalability to keep our systems lightning-fast.
  • Debug, refactor, and improve existing codebases with an eye for quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, architectural design, and process improvements.
  • Stay curious, explore new technologies, frameworks, and tools that keep us ahead of the curve.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Solid professional experience as a full-stack developer.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
  • Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes or certifications is a bonus.
  • A growth mindset eager to learn new tools, including low-code and cloud-native technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
