A global online trading platform offering innovative solutions for Forex, oil, and gold traders is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Full Stack Developer for their Nicosia based offices. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build high-performance, SEO-optimized websites using HTML, CSS, JS, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or PHP)
  • Integrate with REST APIs, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Optimize website performance, security, and page load speed for Core Web Vitals
  • Handle full deployment processes, version control (Git), and staging environments
  • Create reusable components and page templates that support campaign scalability
  • Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to implement approved visuals
  • Debug, test, and refactor codebase to ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
  • Implement tracking scripts and conversion pixels securely across all pages
  • Work with SEO specialists to ensure crawlability, structured data, and tag cleanliness
  • Maintain documentation for future development and scalability planning
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in both web development and UX/UI design within a Forex, CFD or Marketing industries.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development
  • Advanced skills in Figma for design, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience designing and building websites for lead generation (non-eCommerce)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work independently
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a remote team
  • Availability to work during AEST business hours
  • Familiarity with technical SEO implementations is preferred
  • Experience using WP Engine (training can be provided) is preferred
  • Awareness of version control tools like Git/GitHub (not currently in use but beneficial)
  • Proactive problem-solver with a “solutions-first” mindset
  • Able to manage feedback and iterate designs efficiently
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable when faced with troubleshooting tasks
  • Communicative, organized, and dependable in a remote work environment
  • Portfolio of past work is required as part of the application process.
