DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with and convert qualified UK leads provided by the company.

Deliver exceptional product knowledge and communicate Forex trading opportunities confidently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Understand client needs, guide them through the registration and funding process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management through CRM tools.

Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to optimize conversion strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in English

Based in Cyprus and available to work remotely.

Previous experience in Forex, CFD, or online trading sales will be considered a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

Motivated, self-disciplined, and performance-oriented with a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture.
