MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Converting leads to clients and assisting them to start trading.
- Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone, chat and email.
- Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner.
- Providing proactive and excellent customer service to all clients at all times.
- Ensuring accurate and up to date information is recording in the company’s CRM.
- Providing information and training on the company’s products and trading systems.
- Achieving personal and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Interact and cooperate with colleagues across various departments.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures and compliance with the regulatory environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous experience in a similar role required.
- Target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- University degree in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Management or related field.
- Knowledge of financial markets, including technical and fundamental analysis.
- Highly competitive with a desire for career progression.
- Money-driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated.
- Customer support oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner.
- Business fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an advantage.
