MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact prospective clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s services

Support clients through the account opening and onboarding process

Clearly explain company services, platforms, and next steps in a professional and approachable manner

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online communication tools

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive and consistent client experience

Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines during onboarding

Contribute to team targets related to client activation and engagement
CANDIDATE PROFILE

1–3 years of experience in FX sales or account management role
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English
-
Professional, reliable, and well-organised approach to work

Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and online
-
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

Interest in fintech or financial services (prior trading knowledge not required)

Willingness to learn internal systems, products, and compliance procedures
