GRS Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with an international, dynamic and multi award winning Investment Firm based in Limassol who are searching for a German Sales Officer. The successful candidate will integrate the company’s global sales hub and team in order to maximise new business development opportunities.   • Grow the company’s base of client and partner relationships, primarily through Institutional Sales
  • Facilitate the sales and pricing process to achieve the Company’s profit objectives by generating trading activity; and maximize new business development opportunities
  • Develop, maintain and improve business relations with institutional accounts
  • Establish a trusted advisor status with existing client and partner relationships and the ability to influence key decision makers by inspiring confidence in winning new institutional accounts
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Prospect the company’s target client and partner databases as well as own personal network of clients and partners to represent the company’s product offering mix
  • Manage the sales process through closure, and once close manage the day-to-day account management of the institutional accounts
  • Maintain periodic contact with and act as a constant liaison between clients and partners and the rest of the company for various activities
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Proven work experience as a German Sales or any other related field
  • Previous working experience in similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Multitask and organised under pressure
  • Sound computer skills
