As a German-Speaking Account Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the GCC Region.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the products of the company.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Adhere all Company’s policies and procedures and client communication guidelines.

Meet monthly individual and team goals.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Forex industry.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and/or any other related field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager within the FinTech industry.

Excellent knowledge of the English and German language.

Any other language will be considered as an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of CRM software and account management tools will be considered as an advantage.
