DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process customer insurance applications end-to-end, including:
    • Uploading and managing documents
    • Setting up digital signatures
    • Entering personal and contract details
    • Reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy
    • Sending applications to the correct internal departments or external partners
    • Ensuring contracts are successfully concluded
  • Communicate with internal teams, partners, and departments via messaging tools, email, and when necessary phone follow-ups
  • Analyse manual work steps and collaborate with the team to determine:
  • Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and reliability as application volume increases
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • German: Native level (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, ideally with customer applications or policy processing
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with multiple software tools and digital documents
  • Willingness to use the phone when necessary to resolve issues
  • Open to relocation
  • Structured, reliable, and able to scale performance as workload grows
