Our client, a well-established insurance firm based in Malta, are seeking a dedicated Tied Insurance Intermediary to join their team. Primary responsibilities include promoting and selling life insurance products and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves identifying and understanding clients' financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle insurance claims efficiently, ensuring all are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Review and assess insurance policies and claims to determine coverage and validity

Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding their claims process

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims submitted and actions taken

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claims and queries

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times

Fluency in English and in Maltese
