A fully licensed FX Brokerage company specialising in Forex and CFDs with offices in Malta and other European locations is looking for a German speaking Onboarding Manager to join their team in Malta. The ideal candidate will have experience in a FX and be fluent in German. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all reports and data feeds necessary for the running of the team are kept up date and in line with latest regulations and guidelines.

Assisting Compliance officer on certain occasions to investigate flagged customers.

Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence when necessary.

Responsible for ensuring that daily reports, verification queues and withdrawal queues meet the business Service Level Agreements and customer expectations.

Setting team and individual goals, managing the rota and the daily scheduling.

Full ownership of the Customer Due Diligence journey.

Full ownership of Complaints.
-
Full ownership of Freezing Orders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in English and German

Excellent people management skills with proven ability to coordinate daily activities and rota plaining

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Understanding of money laundering and customer due diligence

Ability to summaries issues, journey improvements and communicate this to technical team
